With 20+ year old trellised Syrah and bush vined Cinsault grapes from dry-farmed Swartland vineyards, winemaker Vincent Carême crafts an elegant blend influenced by his French heritage. Black currant and dark berry aromas and flavors are carried on a smooth body with soft tannins.
