Description
The grapes used in Fairvalley 2019 Chenin Blanc are predominantly sourced from their trellised vineyards in the upper slopes of Fairview farm in Paarl Mountain, in the Western Cape province of South Africa. Inviting aromas of tropical fruits, gooseberry and winter melon lead to flavours of freshly cut pineapple and quince. At 13% alcohol, 2.4g/l residual sugar, and 5.3g/l total acidity, the wine is structured, soft, smooth and well balanced.
