The cooler slopes of the Constantia mountain range, along with cold fermentation and other techniques, unite to produce this stunning Sauvignon Blanc from Eagle’s Nest. Tropical fruit aromas of passionfruit and guava lead the way to bright acidity on the palate with gooseberry and grapefruit notes that are rounded out by a smooth, elegant mouth-feel.
