Description
Golden straw color. Aromas and flavors of green bell pepper, goose berry, sweet thai basil, and lemongrass with a silky, vibrant, dry light body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish displaying notes of green apple, lime, kiwi, and pineapple, white flowers, and poblano pepper. Has the herbal components to pair brilliantly with Thai food, but be careful, this wine is totally dry so it won’t help to quench the heat.
