Description
Cinsault, one of our favorite varieties, leads the way in this Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache Noir rosé from Boekenhoutskloff. The nose is complex and inviting, offering cranberry, raspberry and whiffs of candyfloss. The palate shows red apple and nectarine flavors with hints of citrus and rosewater following through. The wine is focused and balanced with a well-rounded, smooth mid-palate with integrated natural acidity. Staff Favorite: Serve with Spanish Manchego, Marcona almonds, dried fruit and Croquetas de Bacalao or grilled tiger prawns served with curry aioli dipping sauce.
