Venue rental at Grayhaven is tailored for every unique event. In almost all cases, Virginia sales tax is collected (and is based on the full, pre-discounted price of the rental), as per VA law. In cases where no physical items are used, such as tables, chairs, linens, cut greenery or props, clients can request sales tax free rental prior to booking and making a deposit.
