Black Elephant was set up by three gentlemen who wanted to change the way wine was made and talked about. Cap Classique is South Africa’s answer to Champagne, this 100% Chardonnay has 1.4g/l residual sugar. On the nose lovely baked apple, frangipane and coconut. The palate has black tea, citrus peel and white flowers with a hint of caramel on the finish.
