Badenhorst’s 2018 Secateurs Rosé is a surprising diversion from the ordinary. Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah come together in this complex, multi-layered wine with aromas of rosewater and spice and red currant, dark honey and granite on the palate. This is a truly unique rosé made from old vines and old bush vines. Staff Favorite: Pomegranite-glazed chicken with pine nuts and currants served with Isreali couscous tossed with minced fresh mint, olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
