The leader in Méthode Cap Classique, Graham Beck produces internationally acclaimed sparkling wines in an array of styles. Bliss Nectar, N/V, is an indulgent, sweeter (33g/l) sparkling, with lush stone fruit flavors carrying hints of honey and butterscotch. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are whole-cluster pressed seperately, then blended and bottled. After 12 months of yeast contact in the bottle, frozen sedement from the second fermentation is disgorged from the bottle. A special selection of “liquer d’expedition” is then added to each bottle, imparting additional sweetness and balancing the alcohol at 11.32%/vol.
